I had a fantastic experience here, everything was brand-new, the location was strategic right by rainbow street, Amman. Well-appointed units with tvs in the treadmill for individual viewing. Service was exceptional.

Overall fairly clean property, it had very good staff and food. Really nice building and rooms with nice decoration.
Not so great views and Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Cosy hotel, I liked pleasant location and non-smoking rooms. Responsive staff were eager to help with special requests. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. Lots of outstanding food at breakfast time...

It was a VERY COMFORTABLE time staying at this intimate hotel. The American breakfast was nice hot and the restaurant was neat. The grand king room had a lovely bed. The staff was funny and hostess too. Picturesque location to an art museum.

i enjoyed rooms and amenities mainly. easy access to marka airport, within 0.5 km. perfect beds, iron/ironing board and coffee/tea making machines were a nice touch. the staff did all they can for an excellent stay. heated pool too.
The bathroom was quite small.
